What is a Lazyman Triathlon?
We want to support you in your journey. It's for this reason that we offer a number of triathlon options. The Lazyman Triathlon is an opportunity to experience an Ironman Triathlon at your own pace. You will be striving towards the goal of accomplishing 112 miles by bike, 2.5 miles by swimming, and 26.3 miles by running. Your goal is to get this done before August 6th.
Do it YourselfIf you choose this you accomplish the mileage solo. You are motivated and your inner warrior spirit spurs you forward.

Do it as a TeamGet a bunch of folks together and cheer each other on, hold each other accountable to get moving! You can do the mileage with a partner or as a group.

Do what You CanMake your way towards the goal mileage. Every foot forward is more than those staying on the couch. Be proud of what you are able to do!

What is the MSLT Spring Equinox Challenge?
This virtual challenge runs 7 weeks before Spring Equinox up to March 20th. Keep your momentum from the new year going with this challenge. The goal is to exercise 30 or more days heading into the Spring Equinox, the day of equal day and night. You can accomplish this by running, skiing, biking, snowshoeing, doing yoga, soccer, swimming, or any other physical activity. Register on the tab above and your SWAG will be mailed out to you after the challenge. You can keep us updated how you are doing on the Facebook page, display your tracker sheet on your fridge, or wherever is most convenient for you.
